3. User Accounts

To access advanced AI meme generator features, create an account with accurate information. This unlocks saved templates, creation history, and premium funny meme tools.

You're responsible for your meme generator account security and all funny memes created under it. Report unauthorized access immediately.

You must be 16+ to use our AI meme generator. By creating funny memes with our service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Credits System and Payments

Credits

Payment Terms

Billing Cycle

Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

New Subscribers: Request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid meme generator subscription. Email support@funny-meme.app to process your refund.

After the 14-day period, all meme generator fees are non-refundable except as required by law. No refunds for unused credits or partial months.

Payment Failure & Grace Period

If payment fails, you have 7 days to update details while keeping premium meme generator features. After 7 days, your account downgrades to Free plan, losing advanced AI features for creating funny memes.

Changes to Fees

We may adjust meme generator pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal.

5. Usage Rules
